Information about Rio Ceballos

This locality is characteristic by its climatic variants, which transform it into an uncommon case of our country, since during the winter there is possible to appreciate warm days generated by the high solar radiation, but also constant snow-white days. Throughout the year it is possible to enjoy its mountain, tempered and dry climate, with fresh and pleasant nights, surrounded by a landscape conformed by valleys and mountain ranges.
Within the main tourist attractions, the visit to the Monumento al Cristo Redentor- Cerro Ñu Porá is the ideal place to contemplate the landscape of Río Ceballos and the city of Córdoba.
A way to combine a beautiful landscape with sport activities is visiting the Reserva Hídrica Natural Parque La Quebrada, where very diverse varieties of native flora and fauna are appraised. As well, the Dique de la Quebrada allows the practice of aquatic sports, which is favored by the absence of boats, lending also itself for the diving.
Other attractions of Río Ceballos that cannot be left of side during the visit are the Cascada Los Hornillos, the Cascada Los Cóndores, the Quebrada de Tello, the Salto La Estancita, the Gruta Santa Teresita, the Gruta Iratí, the Paseo y Anfiteatro Jorge Newbery and the Villa Los Altos.
