Information about Villa General Belgrano

Villa General Belgrano is a picturesque town that that was built as settlement of Central European immigrants. Nowadays is a city with all the services and with a style of clearly alpine influence.
There three very important festivals that maintain alive the European traditions: the Festival of the Viennese Mass in the days of Holy Week, the Festival of the Alpine Chocolate in July and the last one is the National Festival of the Beer, in the month of October, recalling the German Oktoberfest. It is carried out since 1964 and is known for its musical spectacles of diverse communities, especially of the different regions of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The people dancing in the streets and selling typical foods, give life to the José Hernandez Plaza, where is mounted the main stage, and the Beer Parlor, official headquarters of all the festivals.
