Information about Uspallata

Located in the middle of the “Cordón del Plata” offers us all the possibilities to practice adventure tourism, fishing, trekking, cavalcades and photographic tours. The Valley of Uspallata is located between the 1900 and 2500 meters of height above sea level. The Mendoza River and the streams San Alberto and Uspallata go through the valley.
We can observe in this zone beautiful parks and a typical forests of high mountain. The Valley of Uspallata has had participation of historic importance in San Martin’s campaign where they concentrated two armies before the crossing of The Andes, and pellet in the epoch of the viceroyalty.
